Cross Keys Village New Boilers

When Cross Keys Village-The Brethren Home Community needed to replace their boilers they turned to James CRAFT & Son. The two old cast iron sectional boilers were originally installed by CRAFT in the mid 1980’s, but it was time for something new. Our Design/Build team specified high efficiency Patterson-Kelly boilers complete with new power wiring and exhaust breaching. One challenge we faced was continually supplying heat to the residents and staff while the boilers were swapped out. To do this our installers staged the installation by providing temporary piping between the old and new equipment. Another unique aspect of this project was the stainless steel chimney liner that our fabricators assembled and lowered into place with a crane. Overall the project turned out great and the owner was very satisfied. Another successful project performed by our Quality CRAFTsmen!
