Bill Craft

Sr. Vice President, Sales & Service

Bill proudly gives top management oversight to the Service Department in the areas of new account development, service agreements, operations and training. He leads the company’s marketing efforts including prospecting, sales and advertising. Bill loves technology and therefore eagerly directs all IT initiatives & mobile solutions of the company.

  • Began fulltime with the company by pioneering Safety Programs in 1992
  • Leads overall growth & profitability of the Service Department since 1994
  • Lead major upgrades in the company’s IT infrastructure investment

  • Bill enjoys dating & traveling with his wife (Jen), movies & other special times with his daughter (Morgan), skiing & golfing with his boys (TJ & David).
  • Bill & his wife are members and weekly attenders at Life Center Church in Harrisburg, PA.
  • They are founders and leaders of the “Marriage Maintenance” ministry, offering certified pastoral guidance in the areas of premarital coaching & marriage enrichment.
  • Bill also loves cars…especially Mustangs!

Tom Craft

Sr. Vice President, Fleet & Safety

Tom acts as Safety Director of the company overseeing job site safety, new & innovative safety procedures or equipment, and implementing the training necessary to keep our people safe. Tom also provides management oversight of our vehicle service & maintenance as well as the warehousing and shipping department.

Fred Craft

Sr. Vice President, Engineering & Design

As a registered Professional Engineer Fred leads and oversees our layout and design team, and CAD Department. Fred also manages our HVAC & Building Management Controls, which are a vital ingredient in the systems we design and sell.

Vicki Kearns

Chief Financial Officer

Vicki provides executive management and oversight of the accounting and finance departments, and lends guidance to day-to-day operations for planning, implementing and controlling all financial activities of the company.

Career Higlights

  • Vicki has been a C.P.A. since 1990.
  • She is a past board member and chairwoman of the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.
  • She is a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church, York, PA, serves on their Finance Committee and rings with their handbell choir.

  • Masters in Administration, Penn State University

  • Vicki enjoys scuba diving & ringing handbells.

Jim Craft

President

As company president Jim oversees the daily operations of our estimating & project management departments, as well as our operations in the field. His dedication to the Craft family values of quality and commitment has pioneered the way for continued growth & expansion within our market.

Career Higlights

  • Jim holds a Master Plumber’s License in four states (PA, MD, DE and WV)
  • Jim is a Past President of the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors, he was a long time member of the Board of Directors, and also served as Treasurer of the association.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Elizabethtown College
